IEC 61850 Technical Seminar Program
IEC 61850, the standard for "Communication networks and systems in substations", utilizes network technologies for all kinds of information exchange within a substation. It represents the next step in the integration of multifunctional IEDs based on the development and implementation of advanced distributed protection and control functions.
